2. Rewards, pricing & updates

Reward tiers and pricing are subject to change before the live campaign begins. Once the campaign is live, any changes will be communicated through official campaign updates or the platform’s update mechanism (where applicable). Images and renders shown may be prototypes; final product appearance may vary slightly due to production tolerances and supplier materials.

3. Estimated timeline (non-binding)

Any timeline shown (e.g., production, shipping) is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to component supply, quality assurance testing, compliance/certification procedures, shipping congestion, or other external factors.

4. Shipping & delivery notes

Shipping regions, fees, and duties/taxes (if any) depend on the destination and local regulations. Customs duties, VAT/GST, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise. Address changes (if supported) must be requested within the timeframe we announce.

2. During the live campaign

3. After the campaign ends

4. After fulfillment/shipping begins

Once shipping or fulfillment has started, refunds may no longer be possible, or may require return handling depending on the situation. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the supporter, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
