This policy reflects Owlnest’s current public website and crowdfunding launch preparation. Owlnest Lume is routed through the campaign page for early access, not direct website checkout.
1. Scope and Official Support
This Policy applies to Owlnest’s official website, official support channels, and crowdfunding products where Owlnest is the named brand owner or support contact.
At the current prelaunch stage, the Owlnest website does not process direct product checkout. Early access and launch updates are routed through the campaign page.

2. Product Use and Safety
Owlnest Lume is a sleep-supporting spectrum lamp designed for the final 1 to 2 hours before bed, not as a bright task lamp or general-purpose room light.
Use only compatible charging accessories and power sources. Do not misuse the product, expose charging components to moisture, or attempt unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
3. Non-Medical Statement
Owlnest does not provide medical advice and does not make treatment, cure, diagnosis, or guaranteed outcome claims regarding insomnia, sleep disorders, or any health condition. Owlnest products are not medical devices. If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
4. Campaign Backing, Fulfillment, and Delivery
Owlnest Lume is currently preparing for a crowdfunding launch. Campaign pricing, availability, pledge handling, refund timing, and fulfillment expectations will be clarified as the new campaign goes live.
Delivery timing may depend on production, logistics, customs processing, and carrier handling. Delivery completion is generally determined by carrier delivery confirmation records.
5. Returns, Defects, and Warranty
Because Owlnest Lume is preparing for crowdfunding, returns, pledge changes, and refund timing will follow the applicable campaign stage and platform rules rather than normal instant-retail checkout rules.
Campaign-backed units are expected to include a standard 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects after delivery, subject to inspection and applicable law.
Warranty generally excludes damage from misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, unauthorized modification or disassembly, improper operation, or incompatible accessories or power sources.
6. Shipping, Import Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other taxes. Unless otherwise stated by Owlnest in writing or by the campaign terms, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
7. Membership and Product Key Verification
- Each Product Key can be linked to one member account only.
- Product Keys are non-transferable.
- Product Key verification may be required for certain member features or owner-only benefits.
- Owlnest may decline or revoke verification where fraud, misuse, duplicate binding, or unauthorized transfer is reasonably suspected.
8. Feedback and Public Notes
Owlnest may collect beta user feedback, early tester notes, campaign questions, and product-use comments. Submission does not guarantee publication or implementation.
User-submitted feedback may be moderated before or after publication. As the fulfillment process matures, Owlnest may add clearer labels such as beta tester, verified backer, or verified purchase where appropriate.
9. Official Communications
Community discussions, social posts, and third-party comments do not constitute official commitments. Official commitments are those published on Owlnest’s official website, the official campaign page, official announcements, or formal email responses from owlnestpq2025@gmail.com.
10. Policy Updates
Owlnest may update this Policy from time to time. The version published on the official website will apply from the time it is posted, subject to applicable law.
