Owlnest Lume is designed using evidence-informed lighting principles. Published research and institutional lighting studies on the Science page support the idea that evening light spectrum, blue-light exposure, light timing, and nighttime lighting environments can affect wind-down behavior and natural melatonin rhythm.
Owlnest Lume translates these principles into a compact circadian rhythm lamp with a deep amber / red-orange dusk-like glow, blue-light-minimized spectrum direction, and recommended use 1 to 2 hours before bed.
