How to use Owlnest Lume
1. Place Owlnest Lume in your bedside area or another part of the room where it can support your evening environment without acting as bright task lighting.
2. Turn it on during the last 1 to 2 hours before bed, especially when you want the room to feel calmer and less like daytime.
3. Use it to replace brighter overhead light, harsh bedside lamps, or other lighting that keeps the room feeling active late at night.
4. Owlnest Lume is best used as a repeatable environmental cue for nighttime wind-down, not as a promise of instant sleep results.
