Owlnest Lume Preorder Policy
Please read this policy before placing a preorder.
Owlnest Lume is currently offered as a preorder item, with fulfillment scheduled to begin July 20, 2026.
1. Preorder Status
Owlnest Lume is currently available as a preorder item. This means your payment reserves your order before fulfillment begins. It is not an in-stock item that ships immediately.
2. Fulfillment Timing
Fulfillment is scheduled to begin on July 20, 2026. This date is our current planned fulfillment start date and may be affected by production, quality control, logistics, customs, carrier availability, or other operational factors.
3. What Your Payment Covers Today
Your preorder payment covers the selected Owlnest Lume preorder package:
- Single Lume: $59
- Duo Lume: $100
Your payment today does not include shipping, taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, or other destination-based charges.
4. Shipping, Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
Shipping, taxes, duties, customs charges, and import fees are not included in today’s PayPal payment. These costs may vary by destination and will be confirmed separately before fulfillment when applicable.
Customers are responsible for any destination-based taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, or similar fees required by their local authorities or carriers.
5. Address Changes
Customers may request an address change before fulfillment begins. To request a change, contact us at team@owlnestofficial.com using the same email address used for the preorder.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping preparation, address changes may no longer be possible.
6. Cancellations Before Fulfillment
You may contact us to request cancellation before your order enters fulfillment preparation. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on order status, payment status, and whether fulfillment preparation has begun.
7. Refunds
Refund requests before fulfillment preparation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once an order has entered fulfillment preparation, shipping, or delivery, refund options may be limited.
Payment processor fees, currency conversion differences, banking fees, or other third-party costs may not always be refundable depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
8. Delays
We aim to fulfill orders according to the planned schedule. However, preorder fulfillment may be affected by production, quality checks, logistics, customs, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our direct control.
If there is a meaningful delay, we will provide updates through reasonable communication channels, such as email or official website updates.
9. Product Updates
Owlnest may make minor improvements to packaging, materials, specifications, documentation, or fulfillment details before shipping, as long as the core product purpose and preorder package remain consistent.
10. Order Confirmation and Communication
After placing a preorder, customers should keep their PayPal receipt and confirmation information. Important preorder updates may be sent by email. Please make sure your email address is accurate and accessible.
